Bathrooms are equipped with shower or bath tub with bath towels, beds are provided with bedcover, pillows, sheets

 
The studios don't have a seperate bedroom, but they have a comfortable 2 person bed.
 
In every building we have washing machine and dryer which you can use.
 
Rental prices : all our prices are all- in prices which means that all utilities are included. 
Included : water, heating, electricity, internet, TV cable, fire Insurance, no extra costs at the end of the contract.
 
Rental contracts : we have flexible contracts with the possibility of extending month by month but with a minimum
term of 3 months.

De studio's hebben geen aparte slaapkamer maar een 2 persoonsbed  terwijl de appartementen een aparte slaapkamer hebben met een 2-persoonsbed.
